Every book we create is a custom, one-of-a-kind product with original illustrations and a story written specifically for your family. Because of this, our refund policy works differently than a regular store.
All Sales Are Final
Because your book is a custom product created to your exact specifications, all sales are final once your book has been delivered. Your personalized book cannot be resold, returned, or reused.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is for a custom product and is non-refundable.
Made a Mistake With Your Order?
If you realize you uploaded the wrong photo, misspelled a name, or made another error, email us right away. If we catch it in time, we will correct your order and create your book with the right information at no extra charge.
Printed Hardcover Books
Printed books are custom manufactured and shipped directly to you. Once your print order has been submitted to our printer, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect (smudged ink, missing or blank pages, damaged binding), email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will assess the defect and arrange a resolution, which may include a reprint at no cost to you.
Please note that minor color differences between your screen and the printed book are normal and are not considered a defect.
If We Are Unable to Deliver Your Book
In the unlikely event that we are unable to create and deliver your book, you will receive a full refund.
Quality Guarantee
We review every book before it reaches you. If something looks off with an illustration, we fix it before you ever see it. Our goal is for you to be thrilled when you open your book.
If something is clearly wrong with your book (wrong child, missing pages, or an error on our part), email us and we will make it right.
