Every book we create is a custom, one-of-a-kind product — original illustrations and a story written specifically for your family. Here is exactly how we make sure you love it, in plain language.
You See Everything Before It Prints
Every page of your book is personally reviewed by our founder before you ever see it. Then you review it: your complete book appears on your screen, page by page, exactly as it will print.
Nothing goes to the printer until you've seen your book and approved it. If something looks wrong — a detail that's off, a page you don't love — email us before approving and we will fix it or refund your hardcover in full.
Made a Mistake With Your Order?
If you realize you uploaded the wrong photo, misspelled a name, or made another error, email us right away. If we catch it before your book is created or printed, we will correct it at no extra charge.
Printed Hardcover Books
Once you approve your book and your print order is submitted to the printer, it is custom manufactured just for you and can no longer be canceled or changed.
If your book arrives with a manufacturing defect (smudged ink, missing or blank pages, damaged binding, damage in shipping), email us a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint it at no cost to you.
Minor color differences between your screen and the printed book are normal and are not considered a defect.
Digital Books
Your digital book is the complete product, delivered to your screen. Because it cannot be returned once delivered, digital sales are final — but if something is clearly wrong with your book (wrong child, missing pages, or an error on our part), email us within 14 days and we will make it right.
If We Can't Deliver
In the unlikely event that we are unable to create and deliver your book, you receive a full refund. No questions, no forms.
